Emphasise on website that proof of ownership is required rather than sending confirmation of order being processed. Also use a reputable courier than Evri.

My 1st order didn’t arrive & the ref No didn’t work with Evri. I contacted Monster company they said they had a problem with that batch. However if the knew about a problem they should have checked who it affected and they should have contacted the costumer.
In the end though they did sent a replacement which I got straight away.
Would have given 5/5 if it wasn’t for the issue. The plate is great though and looks good, very happy.

Plates came quickly put the reflective backing on one of my plates have been cut short and started to peel
